Emma joined Keegan Alexander in August 2017 as a solicitor in the commercial property team, specialising in all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions.
Emma was admitted to the bar in 2015 and spent the first two years of her career working in a boutique general practice firm located in central Auckland.
Emma’s legal experience includes representing clients across a range of property matters, including the conveyancing process and associated financing and structuring of property transactions. Emma also has experience across a number of other commercial law areas, including sales and purchases of businesses, drafting various commercial agreements, and advising clients on legal compliance across a wide range of commercial matters.
