Profile
After admission to the Bar, Frank was a Crown Prosecutor in Auckland for three years. He joined Kensington Swan in 1988 where he specialised in Insurance Law and practised exclusively on behalf of insurers and underwriters. He was a partner at Kensington Swan for six years before joining Keegan Alexander as a partner in 1998.
Frank acts on behalf of a number of local and international insurance companies and underwriting agencies, in particular in the claims area.
He is an expert in all aspects of insurance litigation advice including fire and general, product liability, contract works, professional indemnity and life insurance. He also advises on and drafts insurance policy wordings.
He is a member of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance and he is currently secretary and a committee member of the New Zealand Insurance Law Association.
