Jayne is a solicitor in the commercial team and specialises in all aspects of property transactions. She advises clients on a variety of property related matters, including residential and commercial acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing, property development including complex mixed use unit title developments, subdivisions and title related issues. She also deals with the property aspects of finance and corporate transactions, due diligence investigations and mortgagee sales.
