Nicola’s legal career began at KA before heading overseas in 1999 for her OE. After six months travelling she found work in Belgium as in house counsel and special projects manager for an international businessman.
Nicola returned to Keegan Alexander in 2006 as a staff solicitor specialising in commercial and insurance litigation. Nicola’s practice is focused primarily in the areas of leaky building litigation, professional indemnity, public liability and property insurance and statutory liability claims. As well as being involved in mediations and other forms of alternative dispute resolution, she appears regularly as counsel in the Weathertight Homes Tribunal, the District and High Courts and as junior counsel in the Court of Appeal.
Nicola is responsive to client’s needs, is accessible to them and provides pragmatic advice.
