Rachel is a senior solicitor (admitted in England and Wales) in the commercial property team and has extensive experience of commercial property transactions, both in NZ and in the UK.

Rachel advises clients on a wide range of commercial property matters, including development agreements to build and lease, acquisitions and disposals of land, sale and leaseback arrangements and all aspects of commercial leasing including advising on property disputes. Rachel acts for both landlord and tenant clients, owner/ occupiers and investors, often on large scale developments.

Rachel’s experience includes advising on office block developments, shopping centres, mixed use and stand alone units, whether freehold, leasehold or unit titled.
